The San Sebastian International Film Festival was established in 1953. Over 72 years it has been the reflection and an active player in major cinematographic, political, and social transformations. The Zinemaldia 70: All Possible Histories project, sponsored by the Festival and EQZE, has carried out research into the archive to cast light on lesser-known aspects of its history.

All the digital collections are available in open access and include 2,938 photographs from the Festival and Kutxa Fundazioa collections, 733 journals and 391 posters, as well as a new document every month.
